At Jig and a Swig, we offer fun and inclusive Irish dance classes for adults across London, and most people join us as total beginners!
We have courses, taster sessions and all-ability class every week for you to get involved with in 2026. Just-for-fun, ridiculously good exercise, kind and welcoming people.

Have a teeny tiny bit of experience?This covers the basics of Irish light shoe and heavy shoe dancing, in a friendly and supportive group! Every Thursday at 6pm, right by Oval tube.
Have some experience in light and heavy shoe? Fancy picking up an old hobby at a relaxed pace? Join our Improvers course in Oval every Thursday!
